Hello, I’m Mojdeh. My name means Good News in Farsi. Keeping true to my namesake, I bring uplifting energy with the intention of creating positive impact.

I’m an ICF ACC–accredited coach. I work online with clients across the globe and through my practices in Toronto, Canada, and Mallorca, Spain. I’m a wife and proud mother of two thriving young adults.

My path has been anything but linear. I grew up in Tehran in a large Iranian family whose business became a household name and then moved to Spain as a teenager to finish high school. I have a degree in Economics from the University of Michigan (graduating Magna Cum Laude) and an MBA in Finance from Columbia University. I then moved to Canada, became a Chartered Accountant, and spent nearly four decades building a career that has included public accounting, senior finance roles, governance and succession planning, running a trading company in Dubai and serving on boards.

Today, my passion is working with female executives facing challenges and navigating disruptive change. These challenges can be a crisis of meaning, work life balance, or uncovering blind spots that hinder your growth. I have expertise in co-dependence and recovery patterns that prevent one from fully stepping into one’s power.

My coaching practice offers a safe and respectful space for deep listening, mindfulness, and somatic practices like centering and grounding. Sometimes, weather permitting, I take coaching sessions into nature, where clarity and presence often come more easily. At the heart of my work is a commitment to helping individuals uncover their strengths as well as find clarity and alignment from within. Through this, individuals can design a life that is created by them; where they’re happy, deliberate, and present. 

What makes my approach unique is the combination of hard earned business expertise, lived multicultural experience spanning 3 continents and 5 countries, and an abiding respect for human resilience and nature’s wisdom.
