What is coaching?

Coaching is a safe confidential space where you can open up about the issues lying heavy on your heart and mind, whether work-related or personal.  Through deep listening and thought-provoking questions, I help you breakdown these concerns.  In short, coaching is a means to unlock your potential and break free from old thought patterns that hinder your growth.

Is coaching right for me?

If you are burdened by self-doubt, lack of self-love, a crisis of meaning, joining the family business, or unhappiness at work or in your relationships, coaching can help. 

Who do you work with?

I work with women who are leaders and professionals who want to lead with confidence, clarity, and heart.

What are breakthroughs?

Breakthroughs are those moments of new insight—large or small—that can be earth-shattering. They often happen when a coach reflects your own words back to you, leading to a sudden pause, laughter, or tears of recognition. This new awareness breaks down old thought patterns, helping you move toward the life you wish to create. We operate from the core belief that every individual is whole, resourceful, and capable of profound growth.

How is coaching different from mentoring and therapy?

Coaching is forward-looking and action-oriented, focusing on unlocking potential, setting goals, and creating strategies for future growth. Mentoring involves guidance from someone with specific, past experience. Therapy addresses mental health concerns and healing from past trauma.

What challenges can coaching help me with?

Coaching can help with leadership development, decision making, better communication, building confidence, navigating career transitions, achieving work/life balance, improving performance and building resilience under pressure.

Are you the right coach for me?

What results can I expect?

As your coach, I will help you access the answers that are already within you, leading to new purpose, direction, and priorities. We will then set a timeline to achieve these self-defined goals. The journey also helps you identify and overcome blind spots and limiting beliefs that hinder your growth as a leader and individual.

How does the process work?

We begin with a complimentary coffee chat to see if we have the right chemistry. We then identify your primary goals for the engagement. Each session concludes with actionable steps to move you closer to those goals. We'll have a midpoint review to assess progress and, at the end of our engagement, we'll celebrate your wins and create a plan for sustaining momentum.

How long is the coaching engagement?

An engagement can be as short as 6 sessions or last up to one year, with sessions typically held bi-weekly.

Is coaching confidential?

Yes, our sessions are a confidential, non-judgmental, and respectful space. 

Where will my sessions take place?

Coaching sessions are available in person and online.

What is the recommended timescale?

The timescale depends on your goals. For focused objectives, 3 to 6 months of weekly or bi-weekly sessions is often adequate.

How long is each call?

Each call is 60 minutes

What is retirement coaching?

Retirement is a major life transition, whether from a career or becoming an empty nester. While many prepare financially, they often overlook the life side of this change. Retirement coaching fills that gap, helping you design a fulfilling and purposeful next chapter.

What is NextGen coaching?

I help the younger generation navigate the complex decision of whether or not to join the family business, empowering them to make a confident choice that aligns with their own goals and values.

What is forest bathing?

Forest bathing, or Shinrin-Yoku, is a Japanese practice of slowly and mindfully immersing your senses in a natural environment.It is not a hike or exercise, but a conscious practice of connecting with nature through sight, sound, smell, touch, and taste to reduce stress and foster well-being.

What are the benefits of forest bathing?

Scientific studies show that Forest Bathing lowers cortisol, heart rate, and blood pressure, helping the nervous system shift from fight-or-flight to rest-and-digest. It also boosts immune function by exposure to phytoncides released by trees. Additional benefits include reduced anxiety, improved mood, restored focus, stimulated creativity, and a profound sense of grounding, connection, and gratitude to oneself and the natural world.

I offer packaged programs of 6 sessions where you will see the best results with a committed, focused approach.
